- What is your service location?
Currently we are based out of the Mamaroneck/Larchmont area and will travel up to 10 miles without any additional surcharge or service fee. We will be expanding service areas as we certify and on-board new providers. Sign up to our newsletter to be notified of new service areas by texting us anytime.
- How do the charges Work?
Our fee for the initial site visit is $150. Each additional patient, at the same location and time, is $80. Each additional visit after that goes down by $10 more. ($70, $60 - $60 being the lowest fee possible). So, for example if there are 4 people at one location the cost would be $150, $80, $70, $60. The total due would be $360 for 4 people.
- How is the payment work?
ChiroDLVRD is a fee for service practice. In order to secure your appointment and allocate a provider payment is due at the time of booking. We accept all major credit cards. Our staff will happily provide a super bill for submission to your insurance.
- I am busy, do you work at night?
We provide concierge services and will accommodate appointments outside of normal operating hours when we can. Simply text us your appointment request if it is not available online.
